House Rules & Expectations

  1. No drugs, alcohol, or weapons on the property.
  2. Respect personal space, privacy, and property of others.
  3. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
  4. Clean up after yourself in common areas.
  5. Visitors must be approved in advance.
  6. Rent is due on the first of each month.
  7. Participation in house meetings (if applicable).


Violation of Rules:

May result in written warnings, mediation, or removal from the property.
